I'm a slacker, as I didn't show you last week's ballot, but here is what I've done for Week 11. Let me know if you agree, disagree or what.

Dropped Out: California (#19), Maryland (#20), Georgia Tech (#21), West Virginia (#25).
After Texas Tech demolished Oklahoma State, I put them at the top. Alabama won, but it was less impressive and I think LSU is a tad overrated. Florida jumps to third and I actually believe they will win the SEC this year and play for the national championship.
Now this is where my homerism takes over, as I put Utah at 4th. I think a lot of people are underestimating the importance of their win against TCU and feel, at 10-0, they are worthy of being ranked 4th. Maybe I'm ranking them a bit higher than they really are, but they do own wins over TCU, Oregon State and Air Force, all ranked in my ballot.
Just behind Utah is Texas, who most likely killed their championship hopes with a loss to Texas Tech. The Longhorns are good and the case could be made for them at fourth, but since they have one loss, I think it's acceptable to put them behind Utah.
Penn State, who lost on a last second field goal to Iowa, fell to ninth. This actually may be a bit generous, since Iowa isn't very good. However, they were pretty high in last week's rankings and I can't justify knocking them out of the top-10...yet.
TCU, who I had ranked pretty high last week, fell seven spots to 17th, while I raised BYU six spots to 18th. Both Air Force and Oregon State moved up in this week's poll, Cal, Maryland, Georgia Tech and West Virginia all dropped out.
So that's my ballot. Give me your suggestions. Thanks.
