Yeh I’ve been following their rankings, they’ve respected the utes & horned frogs all year

I’m not going to name the site(cause their rankings are crap) but i’ve seen utah ranked in the 30’s recently, not joking.

Yeah, we're still 33rd on "that" site, and inexplicably behind BYU.

Plus there are a host of horrible teams that we would definitely beat on a neutral field ahead of us, like Pitt and WV and Wisconsin and Houston (we would crush that Houston team and their complete lack of defense).

Houston is overrated.

Everyone likes to knock Utah for their close wins, but Houston is ridiculous close. Plus, they have a really bad loss. We don’t.

I watched that Tulsa-Houston game and unlike any of our close losses, luck certainly played a role (if there ever is a thing and I know I debated this last week). I watched as they failed to convert on a two-point conversion, then gained an onside kick and got just far enough down field to hit a FG as time expired.

Great game…but there is no way they’re better than Utah. Only one close win of ours has come down to the final play – AFA. And AFA would pound Tulsa (and probably Houston).

Yeah, it's quite inexplicable.

Their wins are better than ours (OSU and TTech) but their loss is worse and if you put us on a neutral field I’d bet Utah would be the favorite and I’m sure we’d win. Utah’s offense could score on that D, and Utah’s defense could slow down that O.
