Rumors have attached Boylen's name to the Arizona job now that USC head coach Tim Floyd turned their offer down earlier this week.

I'm not expecting anything to come from this, since I don't believe Boylen has the resume to get too much of a look from a school like Arizona, but it's an interesting development.

We'll see what happens.

I doubt Arizona would hire him...

Not after the way he was outcoached by Pennell in the tournament. I agree he needs a little more on his resume before Arizona would look at him too seriously. I do believe that coach Boylen is on the rise however. Maybe in a year or two we’ll have to worry about him getting snagged by another program.

Definitely.

He’ll have to string together a few 20-win seasons and notch a tournament victory or two before big-time schools look his way.
