Around SBN: Can Tebow Say No To Anything?

Fall camp day 7 links

Thursday's scrimmage might not have produced nearly the results the coaching staff had hoped. Which means there just isn't a clear-cut favorite for the quarterback position.

With that said, it does seem some movement was made and it's not looking good for Louks, who struggled throwing the ball. Wynn, a a player I didn't think would be a factor, just might have become the default favorite after Cain put forth a rather average outing.

We'll see, though, as Coach Whittingham is expected to release a 1-2-3 depth chart for the quarterbacks today.

If I had to make a prediction, Wynn will be at the top. But I just don't know.

Louks seems to think he's the guy

which is strange, because everything I’m hearing seems to indicate Wynn and Cain are playing better and Louks only advantage is the experience factor. Starting Wynn is an intriguing idea to be sure, but I think Louks or Cain starts the opener with maybe a change happening later in the season if the qb play is mediocre.

I think Louks felt secure heading into camp...

But he needed to separate himself and didn’t.

I still think he can be a good quarterback, but if it were between Louks/Cain, I’m taking Cain in a heartbeat.

We'll see Louks either way.

he’s too valuable as a change-of-pace option and as an overall football player to redshirt or put on the bench.

But it’s looking more and more like he won’t be the #1 guy.
