PrintChris Fowler just sent out this Tweet: I can just tell you that Gameday IS gonna be in the parking lot of Utes' ballpark next Saturday! No mystery. It's an easy call.
So there you have it. GameDay makes its first return to Salt Lake City since the 2004 season. It's their third stop in Utah, as they went to the BYU-TCU game last year.
Let the fun begin!

did you hear lou holtz try to defend tcu vs mark may in final verdict. he made three mistakes in the first minute
this game will be a war and i won’t make any predictions on this game. damn we needed that fg to cover at the end. oh well 8-0 and we got college gameday and it will be great. my prediction is tcu will be #3 in new bcs rankings (b/c that baylor win was huge 7-2 in big 12) and move past boise slightly and i expect utah to be #6 in new bcs rankings.
Utah and Boise State: The two best teams in the nation. Both undefeated and with a combined 12-2 against the spread. Why do canadians stick together? The same reason why Chris Horodecki turned his body and face around in his first WEC fight. J.J. my puta and my personal dartboard. Brock Lesnar the most over-rated MMA fighter there is. Even more over-rated than Kimbo Slice.

Agreed...except with the Herbstreit comment.
He’s been high on the non-BCS all season long. The only one, in fact.
What is horrible about Herbstreit?
He is one of the best analysts in any sport.

i like herbsteit too but someone over at the boise blog says he will say something good about the non aq's
and then vote them a few places down. he does seem to go away from his alma mater (ohio state) overall i like him.

Sporting News - TCU-Utah clash may not matter
Just a little more lovin & respect from another national media source
But it does matter...
A) Conference title – I WAN TO WIN THE MWC! I know it’s just the Mountain West – but damn it would be awesome to win it in our final season. A win Saturday almost guarantees us the title.
B) I WANT THE BCS.
I never expected to win the championship entering this season. The fact we’re even in the talks, which wasn’t the case until AFTER the bowl games, has me excited.
But those first two ARE doable. So it DOES matter.
6 is what I expected!
I fully expect 9 in the BCS. We won’t jump anyone. 1 down 4 to go. I wish I coule be a fly on the wall of Whitt’s office right now. There needs to be some serious adjustments before next week. One which is to make sure the Utes pull their head out of their arse before taking the field.
Now I get to finally find out who has that ridiculous WSU Cougar flag up every week!!!
Actually a friend of mine who is part of the WSU alumni group up here in Seattle said that it is a staff member of ESPN that is a WSU alumni also. He pays someone to hold it up at each of the gamedays so it is not the same person doing it. Still pretty funny though. Every Saturday morning I see it in the background and get a laugh out of it. Go UTES!!!

Go Utes! What a great year of football. I think Herbstreit is a good analyst and Corso is just Corso. But I can’t stand Lou Holtz and Mark May. Those two cease to amaze me
