Whittingham talks expansion and more with Sporting News' Matt Hayes

Our Dear Leader spoke with Sporting News about a wide variety of topics and it's a good read.

On conference expansion, Whittingham had this to say:

SN: There has been a lot of conference expansion talk. Where do you sit in that discussion?
KW: There are a lot of rumors flying around. The one thing we know for certain is we play in the Mountain WestConference, and that's what our focus is. As a coach, we're just trying to win games wherever we're at to put us on the BCS platform.

Predictably, not much was said on the matter.
