Ute Championship: # 1998 versus # 1997

Not a surprise these two teams made the championship vote. The last round was pretty close between 1997 and 1944, however, '97 pulled away late to advance to the final round. 1998 has yet to face a tough test throughout and I wouldn't be surprised if they breezed through to the championship.

Anyway, it was fun. I just hope next year we're not living in the past with our basketball team.

This vote will officially bring to a close the basketball season (well unless another player leaves). So focus now turns to football.

With all that out of the way, let's vote...

I'll be one of the few...

who goes ’97 here. Loved the run the ’98 team made. How could you not.

But the ’98 team was lacking in the KVH goosebumps department.

52 - 7?

no way is the ’98 team that much better.

What happens if Andre Miller wasn’t hurt in ’97? I refuse to believe that the ’97 team with a healthy Miller would lose to the ’98 team.

Of course none of this really matters so…

andre still plays in the nba. i doubt any of those 4 kentucky players that guarded him

are years removed from playing in the nba.

Spring Football

Jazzy, why is Lya Wodraska the only one reporting Utah spring football these days? Where’s the love? Am I missing something here?

Well I've been slacking off, unfortunately.

I should have something up tonight/tomorrow and then of course, a look at the spring game which is this Saturday.
