We're inching closer and closer to the 2010 season. This video is from 1995 and Utah's win over the Aggies.
The Utes finished the season 7-4 and won a share of the WAC that year.
1995 was an interesting season for Utah. They were coming off that great 1994 campaign and all four of their losses were by a touchdown or less. That year they had seven home games and yet, only managed seven wins. Interestingly enough, though, all four of their losses came at Rice Stadium.
1995 was truly a "what if..." season.

This Game was a revenge game
If I remember correctly, this game was the year after we lost to Utah St. in Logan. Our RB was Fuamatu Ma’afala and there was some bad blood there. The year before, USU’s defense took cheapshots under the pile throughout the whole game, and this game, if I remember correctly, was retaliation for that.
About as heated as the Utah-USU rivalry gets. Not much compated to BYU every year, but it was one of the few times in the last 20 years the rivalry got heated.
Actually, that was 1998, I believe.
We had lost to ’em in 1996 and then again in 1997 (the last time we lost to them).
