So quick question, does anyone know why the cheerleaders don't do pushups after scores anymore?  Ever since I can remember, even at my very first home game, cheerleaders have always done pushups after every score.  I remember, as a kid watching and, especially in blow outs, keeping track of the total number of pushups they would have done.  As I got older, I was jealous that they could do so many, and I struggle just to get to 10.  Do you realize they would have done 270 pushups during the BYU game.  Even doing the cheap girly pushups (which not all of the cheerleaders do) I wouldn't come close to that.

This year, I haven't seen it happen once.  I haven't even seen Swoop do pushups yet?  I don't like this.  I realize we are in a new conference, and I realize that cheerleaders doing pushups isn't exactly a unique tradition, but I don't like giving up traditions we do have, just because we've moved up conferences.

Does anyone know why we gave this up?
