Hey Boylen… that’s what you’re getting paid for.
If he doesn’t even know what the problem is, there is no way he can possibly fix it. If your mechanic says “I don’t know why the brakes don’t work, I don’t know why the tires won’t turn, I don’t why the car won’t start” It’s time to get a new mechanic!

I am going to use that excuse next time my employer asks me why my sales are down. I am sure they will just roll with it.
