I was surprised to see that a more substantial discussion has not popped up in this forum in reaction to this story. The Utes have a "no felony" policy. And, while the facts are that he pulled a gun, made a death threat, and stole money/drugs, the incident was labeled a "delinquent act" because of his status as a minor. Is that satisfying to Utes fan or is it a compromise of standards that you are unwilling to make?
