I've decided to bring my talents to Block U, Jazzy tells me its a good time.  In any event a question?  How do we measure success for Larry K.  He essentially has to get a pass for next year, but what should year 2...3...4 look like if we're being successful?  I'm sort of at a loss on how to judge him because the task seems so big.  How long before we should expect to be in the NCAA tourney?
