Utah has yet to break through, but continues to receive votes in the SB Nation BlogPoll.
In my ballot, I did not rank the Utes, feeling their resume was too light for a spot in the top 25. The Utes did receive six votes, however, with their highest coming at 15th. That's actually two less than they received last week, though this should be expected, as Utah had a bye week and their lone loss, to the USC Trojans, faltered in their road game against Arizona State.
Like I said, the Utes' resume is thin right now. They've not defeated anyone of consequence and, as mentioned, that loss doesn't hold up nearly as well after last weekend.
Even so, a win Saturday should put Utah into the top 25, or at least on the cusp of it.
