Scholarship Players on the Roster

Hey Utes,

After national signing day, I’ll be coming out with a breakdown of the talent in the PAC12 for a couple different national sites. I’m putting together an excel worksheet that breaks down each roster by class and star rating, looking only at scholarship players. It’s a really user-friendly visual that I think you guys will enjoy having access to. I’m looking for some help from this board to fill in the blanks. I appreciate any answers you guys can provide:

1) Which players from the 2011 class redshirted and which played in 2011?

2) What walk-ons have earned scholarships and what year will they be in 2012?

3) Are there any players on the roster who grayshirted AND redshirted, giving them six years of eligibility?

4) Are their any unique cases on the roster who have earned a scholarship but graduated high school before 2008 (Mormon mission, injury, military, etc…)?

Again, I appreciate your help.

ill take a stab at this.....

1. These are the players who played from the 2011 class:
Nate F.
Charles H.
Harvey L.
Ketih M.
Quinton P.
Eric R.
John W.

2. Quade Chappuis-i think he will be a junior…..

3. Sean Fitzgerald is the only one I am aware of, but he ha been buried on the depth chart, and it will only get worse. I anticipate that he will leave for greener pastures.

4. Not sure off hand.

This is very tricky, as I'm sure you know. Here's what I think:

1- 2011 scholarship recruits who redshirted (? means I’m not sure):

Siosai Aiono, Isaac Asiata(?), Joseph Bryant, Anthony Denham (?), Seni Fauonuku, Daniel Kristensen (mission, might be a grayshirt, likely won’t be back until 2013), Daniel Nielson, Jarred Norris, Jarrell Oliver, Jordan Robles (mission, might be a grayshirt, won’t be back until 2013), Travis Still.

Also, Wykie Freeman (2010 recruit but redshirted due to injury) and Tyler Shreve (same as Freeman, but he’s gone back to baseball)

2- Walk-ons who earned scholarships.

I’m not sure. Quade Chappuis maybe.

3- Gray/Redshirts and 4- Unique Cases

I’m not sure here either.
