The University of Utah continuum had an article up today about Paul Soliai (2006), Sean Smith (2008), and Koa Misi (2009), all starting for the Miami Dolphins defense. They point out that the only other time anyone can remember one University producing three starters for the same side of the ball on the same team was over a decade ago when the Miami Hurricanes help fill up the Baltimore Raven Defense with Ed Reed, Duane Starks, and Ray Lewis.
Now we all know that we were referred to historically as the "U" first, with first reports back in the early 1910's. Plus the fact that we are the older school. However, thanks to their cheating success in the 80's the University of Miami Hurricanes (still don't where the "U" is involved for them) became nationally known as the "U".
With their continued downfall, and our uprising we're trying to get that moniker back, and this is just more fuel in the debate.
All that aside, it's still a pretty cool feat for the Utes, and the Dolphins.
