I'm not a huge fan of Dick Harmon. I think his articles are extremely partisan and tinged with way too much hyperbole. With that said, sometimes he can write something that is semi-decent and either elicits a chuckle or a nodding of agreement. This article does neither.

It's just not good. It's awful, in fact ... and I'm not exaggerating here.

His tremendous leadership and gutsiness have become legend. So have his flowing hair, his rebar-like abs and his uncanny ability to lift his teammates on his back and carry them to glory. Remember the comeback against the Aggies? The bowl game against Tulsa?

I guess I don't get his humor. Maybe it's more geared toward a certain ... more perceptive fan base ... whatever the reason behind his articles, though, he really needs to reevaluate things because this stuff? I'm just not feelin' it.
