According to reports, the Utes will replace Dan Finn with Jim Harding - the former OL coach, and co-offensive coordinator, at Wyoming.
Harding, along with Christensen, was let go at Wyoming after a losing season last year. He spent five years in Laramie and three seasons as a graduate assistant for the Missouri Tigers.
This will be his first job as a BCS position coach.
Harding was an offensive tackle for the Toledo Rockets when Christensen was their offensive coordinator, so, he certainly does have a relationship with Utah's new OC and has experience blocking for the spread, both as a player and a play designer.
Hopefully this works out better than the Finn hire, who, like Harding, lacked any BCS experience.
