He was recruited by Utes' D-lineman LT Tuipulotu and Lutui's cousin, Tauni Vakapuna, but ultimately was swayed by Morgan Scalley, a personal visit from Kyle Whittingham, and Utah's consistent strong interest in him. A center in high school, Lutui may play center or possibly guard in college. He's an aggressive, talented lineman who, at 6-1 270, will need to put on some weight but is likely to get up to speed quickly. </p></div>
