Like, you know, whatever!
Lisa Simpson is not only a political junkie, animal loving, saxophone playing vegan. She's also a big Utes fan and here's her entry shortly after the Utes' loss to Rhode Island. She isn't all too happy about it, either!

Dear Diary,
I can't fathom how Utah basketball, so rich in tradition and historically dominance, can struggle like they have this season. I am reminded of a quote that does a fantastic job of summing up Utah's struggles...
"A bend in the road is not the end of the road... unless you fail to make the turn." ~Author Unknown
So true, Diary! This is just a bend in the entire scheme of things, but it can turn into a total, unmitigated disaster if change is not made. This is why I propose a coaching change. After much talk with Snowball II, I have decided that this is in the best interests of Utah basketball. Aww, Snowball II just licked herself, how cute! Oh...back to the topic at hand, Utah basketball! When I have a problem with my brother Bart, I go right to mom and dad and demand that they contain the beast. This is exactly what Utah fans should do if the Utes continue to struggle this season. Contact Dr. Chris Hill and University President Michael K. Young.
Argh, this is so frustrating! Like football, both dad and I enjoy sitting down and watching Utah basketball and now the process has become a total chore! Help me, please! Someone, anyone out there have any idea how we can change course and get this program heading in the right direction?
Utah basketball is so held hostage by this coaching staff. Their plight reminds me of that of the Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip! We can't allow the suffering to continue, on both parts, and I truly endorse the idea of change, Diary.
Always yours,
Lisa
