Boise State joins the Mountain West Conference

The Mountain West has decided not to expand at this time, bucking speculation that had the Boise State Broncos coming to the conference.

Texas might not be so inclined to bolt to the Pac Ten. Could this be the first sign the P10 expansion hopes are faltering?
