Rice-Eccles Stadium has proven to be a jewel for Utah fans - it's beautiful, offers a breathtaking view and is home to some great football action. Unfortunately, not every Utah fan has been given the opportunity to experience it live because of difficult it is to get tickets. Is it time to expand?
