The annual preseason Mountain West Conference basketball picks are out and the media feel the Utes will finish 4th in the Mountain West. This on the heels of a 6th place finish last year. The Utes, who return their best player in Luke Nevill, also had the preseason Top Freshman in Steven Weigh.
