Basketball nabs new recruit

Since football has landed in the crapper, I think it's time we start looking toward basketball. The Utes landed Carlon Brown yesterday, a recruit out of Riverside, California. Brown, a combo guard, averaged 20-points and 18-rebounds as a junior and had been recruited by UNLV, Temple, Stanford, Marquette and Nebraska before deciding on Utah. Brown joins Morgan Grim from Riverton High and 6-9 power forward Nemanja Calasan from Midland College (Texas) as new recruits. Practice for the Utes starts October 13th.
