The Birmingham News has some nice information on the TV ratings of each ESPN owned bowl game.. This includes the Las Vegas Bowl, New Mexico Bowl and Armed Forces Bowl -- all of which are connected to the Mountain West Conference. Out of the three, the Armed Forces Bowl performed the best in the TV ratings, while the New Mexico performed the worst.

To compare, Utah's win over USC in the 2001 Las Vegas Bowl garnered a 4.9 rating. The Utes had the same TV rating for their 38-10 victory over Goergia Tech in the Emerald Bowl last year.
