Weddle named Consensus All-American

Eric Weddle was named Consensus All-American today, joining Luther Elliss and Jordan Gross as the only Utes named Consensus All-Americans in Utah history. Weddle is the only player from a non-BCS team named to the list, which was compiled by the American Football Coaches Association, Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America, The Sporting News and Walter Camp Foundation.

Congratulations to Eric Weddle on a fantastic senior season and receiving what is undoubtedly one of the highest honors in college football.
