83-77. Utes were in control for the latter part of the second half, but buckled in the end and gave Jim Boylen his first career loss. Credit goes to Utah, however, for making it a game. Especially on the road, in a place where the Huskies haven't lost to an out of conference opponent in 28 tries. Utah battled, played great defense at times and looked poised for the victory, but past demons reared their ugly head and the Utes succumbed to Washington. It was a tough loss, bitter to take, but Utah will learn from this and I suspect this is the start of something special.
I'll have more on the game later, when I've wound down a bit, but for now...damn. Good game, though and thank God for Jim Boylen.
