Fotu has faxed in his intent to play with the Utes, choosing them over Arizona at the last minute. This is a huge get for Utah, especially after his teammate Kaniela Tuipulotu decided on Arizona over Utah. That news however did not deter Fotu -- especially when you realize Utah is a better football program than Arizona -- and he will be a Ute.
