Boylen gets first recruit of his own

Jim Boylen has hit the ground running when it comes to recruiting and it's already paying off. Today's Deseret News is reporting that he's already snagged his first recruit.

Chris Hines, a 6 foot guard from Houston, Texas, told Boylen he will sign with Utah in November and expects to join the team for the 2008-09 season. Hines, currently a junior at Kleinforest High, chose Utah over Purdue and Old Dominion. He averaged 14 points, seven assists, and five rebounds through the season and guided his team to the Texas regional finals.

The article also mentions that Misha Radojevic will officially be transferring after two seasons with Utah -- one which he missed because of injury. Radojevic will be heading to Hawaii Pacific.
