1320 KFAN is reporting that Utah sophomore Stephen Weigh will return to his home in Australia, where he plans to go pro. Weigh had missed a big part of this season and it was known by those close to the team he had become homesick over the past two years.
It's unclear where his scholarship will go, but this is pretty big news. Hopefully it doesn't have a negative effect on the Utes and they can bring in some good talent.
