The Utes have suspended wide receiver Marquis Wilson. This adds to the list of grievances from the embattled senior and you've got to wonder if this is the final nail in his coffin at Utah. It's unclear what Wilson did to the warrant suspension, but this isn't the first time he has been suspended from the team. Last summer, Kyle Whittingham suspended him after he was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, which led to drinking and driving.
Wilson has been a head scratcher for the Utes pretty much since he arrived. He's shown his talent at times, however, does not appear to be disciplined enough to be a consistent weapon for Utah, which may explain his troubles off the field. I'd like to see him get these things worked out, but an obvious trend is beginning to set in here. Hopefully, though, it can be corrected.
