Dropped Out: Arizona State (#12), California (#17), Fresno State (#21).

Firstly, USC stays at number one after destroying Ohio State. Yes, the Buckeyes were short one of their best players, but still, this game was a yawner, even though it was built up as one of the biggest games of the season.

I dropped Florida down a spot because of their bye week. I normally don't like to do that, but I felt Oklahoma's performance against Washington warranted the second spot. Also, Missouri is looking really good on offense and with their schedule, could easily go undefeated, though a trip to Texas later next month could change that. With that bye, I put the Gators at 4th, though I could easily see them moving up.

Georgia fell mostly because of its really close win over South Carolina. Yeah, the Gamecocks were a top-25 team not too long ago, but this should have been a game the Bulldogs won rather easily and they will have to step up play if they're going to make it through the SEC schedule undefeated.

With their win over Fresno, Wisconsin cracks the top-10 and they now look like the team to beat in the Big Ten, but we'll see. I also moved South Florida up, a lot, because I was pretty impressed with their poise against Kansas. With how bad the Big East is, South Florida very well could win twelve games this season.

Both the Utes and Cougars moved up and closed in on the top-10. BYU is coming off a thrashing of UCLA and Utah a similar dominant effort against Utah State, a much weaker opponent than what the Cougars faced, however. I know last week I came in 2nd in BlogPoll's weekly bias ranking for putting Utah as high as I did, but this week, from what I've seen, it looks like most are catching up to where I rank the Utes. See, I'm always ahead of the curve.

Outside of that, Penn State shot up after decimating Syracuse. Ohio State tumbled after their embarrassing loss to USC, I had to dock East Carolina for their come from behind victory over a pretty poor Tulane team and I decided to move UNLV into the top-25. Yes, I realize this makes no sense at all, but they did beat the supposed 15th best team in the nation and are 2-1. For that, I think they should be rewarded with a ranking, even if it doesn't last after this week, plus, it looks good for Utah.

Looking out for my non-BCS brethren, BYU, Utah, TCU, Boise State and UNLV are all in my top-25. Air Force just barely missed the cut and it was tough, but with their rather easy schedule, it's hard to rank them.

So there you have it, tell me what you think. I'm sure I'll get a lot of $#!% for my UNLV pick, but oh well.
