Sorry for the lack of updates, I was on vacation the last week. But I'm back and ready to go just in time for Utah's Halloween showdown with the Wyoming Cowboys!
What to expect when Utah has the ball: What we've come to expect. I don't anticipate the Utes to change their gameplan for this game. They'll probably run the ball for a good amount of plays, but the passing game will certainly play a role in how the offense moves the ball down field.
What to expect when Wyoming has the ball: Wyoming's offense ranks second to last in the conference in points per game and yards per game. They aren't very good with the ball and when they do have it, they're more inclined to run - yet even there they struggle (only fifth in rushing yards per game). So expect a very sluggish offense that has difficulty moving the ball.
How Utah wins: Find some momentum on the offensive end. This won't be a shootout, so if the Utes lose, it's because their offense turned the ball over a half-dozen or so times. Really, though, Utah shouldn't lose this one. The Cowboys might be improving, but they're still a long way from contending against the likes of Utah. If they somehow pull out the win, it'll be because Utah melted down themselves.
Lucky G. O'Utes is ready for the black out!
