Looks like we've hit the typical middle rut of fall camp. Though Kyle Whittingham noted the team wasn't terrible, he also went out of his way to suggest they weren't anything great. But that's to be expected when you're entering the middle portion of camp. You're going to hit walls and have days where everything is just unfortunately mundane.
We've all been there. I think it's similar to when you get back from summer vacation. That first week is pretty easy, as you're charged and ready to go. Then, as you're easing into the typical activity of the schedule, you kind of find yourself in a lull. It's temporary (or in my case, carried over for pretty much all my education), but it is what it is.
For the Utes, they still look okay and that's all that matters. They appear to be making strides and unless the Coaches are blowing smoke up our butts, they're looking about as good as we could have hoped.
Now hopefully it continues this week.
