Utes drop to #23 in CFP Top-25 Poll

The Utes find themselves at #23 in the latest CFP Top-25, even after consecutive two losses.

Respect. I don't think any other word is better than respect when it comes to describing the Pac-12. That is really evident when you look at the latest CFP Top-25. And if you're a Utah fan, you have to feel good with two of Utah's losses, if there ever are losses to feel good about.

Utah has lost to the now No. 2 and No. 6 teams in the country, Oregon and ASU respectively. UCLA and Oregon, at 11th and 14th, are also in the polls. Utah, of course, has a win over UCLA, and has Arizona next Saturday. It's pretty crazy to think a three loss Utah team is still in the polls, but I figured this committee would respect the schedule Utah has played, and how they've performed to date.

And with the Pac-12, having the depth the conference does, and playing nine conference games, unlike some other leagues... is really starting to pay off.

The interesting thing is with ASU and Oregon, and if they win out. If both teams do, then the Pac-12 Championship Game is a de-facto College Football Playoff "play-in" game.

Here are the latest CFP Top-25 rankings:
