Hackett, Clay, Phillips, Orchard and Booker headline Utah on All-Pac-12 Teams

It was a Utah football's best season in the Pac-12, and the Utes were led by some serious play makers in all three phases of the game. The Pac-12 recognized a record five Utes this season on All-conference teams. Utah was tied with Oregon and USC with the most 1st team players.

Defensively, Utah was led by some serious studs, namely on the defensive line. Nate Orchard anchored that d-line, and was named to the 1st team All-Pac-12 Defensive Team. Brian Blechen, Hunter Dimick, Lowell Lotulelei, Jared Norris and Eric Rowe were all named honorable mentions.

Special teams were very special in 2014. Lead by Aussie punter Tom Hackett, Andy Phillips and Kaelin Clay - all three of whom were named to 1st team All-Pac-12 Special Teams. Utah took three of four possible spots on 1st team all Special Teams.

Offensively Utah was, to put it kindly, inconsistent this year, but there was the one shining star in running back Devontae Booker, who was named 1st team All-Pac-12 on offense. Jeremiah Poutasi was named to the 2nd team all-conference team on the offensive line.
