Utah Football Receives Commitment from 2015 QB/WR Michael Jacquet III

In a ceremony at Central High School in Beaumont, Tex., 2015 athlete Michael Jacquet III gave his verbal commitment to the University of Utah football program.

The University of Utah today received a commitment from 2015 athlete Michael Jacquet III. The 6-3, 185 Beaumont, Tex. native is listed as a quarterback/wide receiver. Jacquett chose the Utes over offers from Houston, Indiana, and Memphis.

Highlights (courtesy of Hudl) show a player who is elusive and gets to the goal line. Jacquett's 4.49 speed will be solid for an inside receiver or a spread quarterback. Jacquett is a fluid athlete with a strong arm, quick legs, and plenty of agility. In space, Jacquett is a dangerous player and should be a playmaker at the Pac-12 level.
