Utah's next opponent UCLA in Top-10 of both polls

Utah's next opponent, UCLA, has jumped back into the top-10 of this weeks polls.

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Coming off of a disappointing loss against the Washington State Cougars, the Utes find themselves preparing for a game against a top-10 team in UCLA. The Bruins are No. 8 in the AP and No. 9 in the Coaches Poll after a dominating win over a reeling ASU team last Thursday. The Bruins are joined by Oregon, Stanford, USC and ASU (Coaches Poll only) in the top 25. To no ones surprise, Utah is no longer receiving votes in either poll.

Florida State dropped in the Coaches Poll to No. 2, behind Alabama, and Oregon is No. 4, but the Ducks remain at No. 2 in the AP. As we get deeper into the conference seasons, these rankings will be shaken up even more. I wouldn't be surprised to see Oregon leap frog Florida State if they stay unbeaten.

With Utah dropping a game that they should have won, they have an uphill climb, and that's reinforced by looking at the competition they face that are ranked in the top-25.
