The Utes suffered their first loss of the season last night, and they took a hit in the polls. Dropping to No. 13 in the AP Poll and No. 14 in the Coaches. Fortunately for the Utes, they are still in control of their own destiny, and they are also still in a great position to climb the polls back to where they were. Utah still has a ranked UCLA on their schedule, along with a potential meeting with a highly ranked Stanford. If Utah takes care of business through the end of the season, they'll be in a very advantageous position.
Next yup for the Utes, Gary Anderson and the Oregon State Beavers at Rice-Eccles Stadium, where some "healing" can begin.
