Utah v Miami Open Thread

Jeff Swinger-USA TODAY Sports

This is going to be a good test for the Utes, as they take on the most talented offensive team they've played this season. It will be interesting to see how Utah can stop and counter a team that could put a lot of points on the board. This will be a big game for Utah's guards, and whether they can keep pace with Miami's. The front court of Utah has been reliable every game of the season thus far, but the guards have been inconsistent, especially Brandon Taylor.

Lorenzo Bonam had his breakout game yesterday, with a nice 20 point performance, and was the most aggressive player on the floor for the Utes. Jakob Poeltl will also have to stay out of foul trouble, as he struggled with that quite a bit against Texas Tech, but he was able to make a major impact during his time on the floor.

It will be a fun early season ACC/Pac-12 matchup down in Puerto Rico!
