Utah Football: Gionni Paul wins multiple Defensive Player of the Week Awards

Gionni Paul has turned into one of the best linebackers in the country while at The U. After a monster week against Washington, where Paul returned a fumble 54 yards for a touchdown, returned an interception 27 yards to the Washington 8-yard line, plus nine tackles and two sacks, Gionni received multiple player of the week honors Monday.

First, he was named Athlon's Defensive Player of the Week on Sunday, then he was named the Walter Camp Defensive Player of the Week Monday, as well as Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week (his second time this season).
