The Runnin' Utes host the Stanford Cardinal tonight at 7 p.m. in a matchup of Wooden Award finalists Chasson Randle and Delon Wright. Randle, the leading scorer in the Pac-12 at 20.3 points per game has been a thorn in the Utes side for years. Wright, a stat stuffer, is at home in the friendly, sold-out confines of the Jon M. Huntsman Center. Whoever prevails tonight will not only give their team a leg up in the conference, but also put themselves in a better position for individual post-season honors.
Utah comes into the game at 18-4 and 8-2 in the Pac-12, tied with Arizona for the conference lead. Stanford enters the Huntsman Center 16-7, 7-4 in conference, looking to move up from their current fourth place standing. They'll need a lot to overcome the sell-out crowd tonight.
