Roundtable Discussion: Pac-12's Top-5 Running Backs

Last year, the quarterback position was the storyline in the conference, especially with the Heisman Trophy winner Marcus Mariota, but not to forget Brett Hundley, Taylor Kelly, Sean Mannion and more. The 2015 season will have a different look and feel with those guys gone.

It's the season of the running back in 2015. The conference is loaded with very talented ball carriers, in both divisions. The position will be crucial for a lot of teams, especially considering the amount of new QBs that will be taking snaps. I joined a discussion about the top-5 RB's currently in the Pac-12 conference, with my friend Donald King of lastwordonsports.com and Mark Rogers of Mark Rogers TV. It wasn't hard to come up with a solid list, with all the options available, but without a doubt, Utah's #23 tops the list for me.

Here's the list I put together for the interview:

1. Devontae Booker - Utah

2. Paul Perkins - UCLA

3. Nick Wilson - Arizona

4. Royce Freeman - Oregon

5. Storm Woods - Oregon State

Honestly, I think it's Booker than everyone else, but it will be interesting to see how Perkins, Freeman and Woods all performs with new QB's in the mix, and if they'll have much success against defense focused on them. Woods had an injury riddled 2014, and has been forgotten by a lot of people, but I think he's a real talent and can bounce back.

Anyway, check out the discussion in the video above, and let us know how you'd rank the conferences RB's.
