As we get closer to the fall, and the kick off of the 2015 college football season, many publications and websites will be posting their preseason All-Conference and All-America teams. On Tuesday, Athlon released their All-Pac-12 preseason team, and four Utah players made their cut for the first team.
RB - Devontae Booker
DL - Hunter Dimick
K - Andy Phillips
P - Tom Hackett
The only other Ute joining Booker on the offensive side of the ball, is JJ Dielman, who was named to Athlon's fourth team offense.
Defensively, on the second team, is Lowell Lotulelei - who I believe will sneak up into that first team by the end of the 2015 season. On the third team is Gionni Paul, Jared Norris and Tevin Carter. So on the defensive side of the ball, Utah was pretty well represented, although, I believe Dominique Hatfield will have something to say about these teams at some point this coming season.
Who do you think Athlon missed, or did they miss anybody?
