The No. 18 Utah Utes (3-0, 0-0 Pac-12) heads to Eugene, Ore. for their Pac-12 opener at the No. 13 Oregon Ducks (2-1, 0-0 Pac-12) at 6:30 p.m. MT (5:30 p.m. PT) with television coverage on FOX. Utah seeks to start 4-0 for the first time since 2010, their last season in the Mountain West Conference. Oregon has not started 2-2 or worse since 2004 when they started 1-3, the last season Oregon has missed a bowl game. Utah is 0-2 against the Ducks since joining the Pac-12 and is is 8-20 all-time against the Ducks. Oregon holds a 11-4 edge in Eugene. Oregon holds 3-1 against Utah when the Ducks are ranked (winning in 2001, 2013 and 2014 and losing in 2003). Utah versus Oregon is one of only two match ups between two ranked teams (with the other being the Pac-12 South showdown between No. 16 Arizona and No. 9 UCLA). Utah is 1-1 all-time in games televised on FOX, beating Alabama in the 2009 Sugar Bowl and losing to UCLA in 2012, the game in which Utah senior quarterback Travis Wilson made his first career start.
