Tonight at 7:30 p.m. MDT, the No. 15 Utah Utes will take on the Arizona State Sun Devils in Tempe, Ariz.. For the game, Utah will wear red-white-red, utilizing the satin red helmets.

Utah has worn red-white-red many times in the past (including two different versions of the look last season), but this will be only the second time they go satin red-white-red, with the other time being at USC last season.

I am really a fan of the satin red helmet, so I am glad to see Utah wearing it again (for only the second time this season). Red is Utah’s main school color, and while I like all of the black and white uniform elements Utah has, I do like to see them wear a lot of red at least a few times. This is the reddest road look Utah can wear.
