Utah had a very nice win over a struggling ASU this past Thurday, and they find themselves up a couple of spots in both the AP and Coaches Polls this week. Utah moved up to No. 11 in both polls, after many teams lost ahead of this this past weekend.
The Utes now one of five Pac-12 teams ranked in the polls, along with Washington, Colorado, USC and Washington State. Stanford is on the outside looking in with the “others receiving votes” category.
It’ll be interesting to see what the CFP poll will think about the Utes this upcoming week, and how they penalize the teams ahead of them that lost. Could Utah sneak into the top-10? We’ll find out Tuesday.
