Utah Football Moves up to No. 15 in College Football Playoff Top 25 Poll

It was a good bye week for the Utes, as they appeared to get more healthy for the game against ASU, but they’ve also moved up in all the rankings, including the newly released College Football Playoff Poll.

The Utes moved up one spot from No. 16 to No. 15, after not playing a game this past week. They were leap frogged by some questionable names, including Virginia Tech and Oklahoma State.

The Utes are joined by four additional Pac-12 teams in this latest poll, with Washington at No. 4, Colorado at No. 12, USC at No. 20 and Washington State at No. 23. How about Wazzu being jumped by USC?

If the Utes win out they will have an outside chance of sneaking into the top four, with a couple ranked teams remaining, assuming they play a top ranked Washington in the Pac-12 title game.
