After starting for all four years at Utah (from 2009-2012), Stevens spent two seasons (2013-2014) on the Washington Redskins practice squad after signing as an undrafted free agent. Wynn played at Utah from 2009-2012. In his true freshman season, he was named Poinsettia Bowl MVP. Wynn's Utah career was cut short due to shoulder injuries. He reunited with his former Utah offensive coordinator Norm Chow at Hawaii (where Chow was the head coach) to coach quarterbacks in 2013-2014 and was a graduate assistant under his former Utah offensive coordinator Dave Schramm at Fresno State (where Schramm was the offensive coordinator) in 2015.
