Utah’s Uniform Against Cal. It’s a Whiteout

NCAA Football: Utah at Oregon Scott Olmos-USA TODAY Sports

No. 18 Utah (4-0, 1-0 Pac-12) will wear all-white (white helmets with a white facemask, white jerseys, and white pants) for their game at California Memorial Stadium against Cal (2-2, 0-1 Pac-12) on Saturday Oct. 1 at 4:00 p.m. MDT. This will be Utah’s first game at California Memorial Stadium as a member of the Pac-12. Utah has worn this look twice previously and is 2-0 in it winning at Oregon State 29-23 in double overtime in 2014, and at Oregon 62-20 in 2015. This will be the second season in a row that Utah opens Pac-12 road play in this uniform combination.

I have always really liked this look. It is just really clean and should look nice against Cal’s blue and gold. Usually I am a fan of a lot of crimson being included in a uniform, but I make exceptions for the all white look and the blackout uniform.

What do you think of this uniform for the Utes on Saturday?
