It was a solid season for the Utah football team. The Utes finished with 9 wins, their third straight season of at least 9 wins. The team fell short of their ultimate goal, but it was another good season to build upon.
After Clemson’s National Championship win Monday night, the final AP and Coaches Polls were released Tuesday, and Utah was ranked in both. In the Coaches Poll the Utes came in at No. 21 and in the AP they came in at No. 23. Utah had spent most of the season ranked in all the major polls, so it’s nice to see them end the year that way, as well.
